The third race for the 2007 Cross Country Season will take place on Thursday, October 4, 2007 at Putnam Middle Field about 3:30 pm. STICK WITH IT KIDS - YOU'RE DOING GREAT!!!
The race begins with a course walk-thru as soon as all teams arrive at the track, then the teams line up (usually the boys first), the whistles blows and they're off!
St. Joseph Cross Country Falcons!
Directions to Putnam Middle School (From St. Joseph School Parking lot): Turn left out of the parking lot and turn left onto Reardon Road. At the fork, stay to the left, continuing on Reardon Road (St. Joseph School will be on your left) to the stop sign at Blain Road. Go straight across Blain Road towards Sacred Heart Church. Turn Right onto West Thompson Road and over the West Thompson Dam. Take your first left onto Church Street and proceed to the traffic light (Westbank will be on your right and Putnam Supermarket will be across the street). Turn Right on Providence Street and continue to the traffic light at Cumberland Farms. Continue across the intersection onto Wicker Street. The track is about a 1/2 mile on your right.
